Notice on return of employment documents
A

1. This notice is in accordance with Article 11, Paragraph 5 of the “Fair Recruitment Procedures Act”, and the previously submitted employment documents may be returned for job seekers excluding those who have been successful. 

2. We are pleased to inform you that among the job seekers who have applied for the company's employment, those who did not meet the final qualification may request the return of the employment documents submitted by the deadline for the job announcement.

However, this is not the case when it is submitted via homepage or e-mail, or when a job seeker voluntarily submits it without our request.

If the employment documents are lost due to natural disasters or other reasons not responsible for the Company, it is deemed to have been returned. 

3. The job seeker who wishes to request the return of the employment documents must fill out the application for the return of the employment documents [Form No. 3 of the Enforcement Regulations on the Fairness of Employment Procedures] and submit it to the person in charge. We will send it to the designated address within 14 days from the date of confirmation of submission by registered mail. Please note that in this case, the registered mail fee will be charged to the recipient. 

4. The Company keeps the employment documents for 6 months from the time of submission of the job application in preparation for the request for return of the job seeker, and if the return of the employment documents is not requested by then. In accordance with the “Personal Information Protection Act”, we plan to destroy all employment documents without delay.

Depending on the applicant's academic background, career, and expertise, the annual salary and treatment vary by individual. If you pass the interview screening, we will guide you.

Do you have any documents required for the interview?
A

There are no documents to bring with you during the interview screening. After the final pass, documents such as graduation certificate, career certificate, withholding tax receipt, resident registration certificate, etc. must be submitted.

A

The required period varies depending on the field of application. It takes an average of 14 to 20 days from the start of the job posting.

Successful applicants will be contacted via email and telephone.
