Application review
We judge whether applicants are suitable for the job required by the company.
Personality test
As a tool for selecting talents that fit the ideals of Dream Corp., we conduct a personality test.
Interview
Interviews with working-level and executives are conducted with competency and personality interviews.
Final pass
If the information on the application form is found to be false, the admission may be canceled.
